What buying candles in bulk from us looks like
You tell us the quantity, the occasion and the date the boxes have to land. We come back with candle sizes, fragrance options, a packaging recommendation and a per-unit quote against the volume tier you fall into. Nothing is produced until you have seen a proof and confirmed it in writing.
Production is small-batch by design. Candles are poured, cured for about a week, finished and inspected before they are packed. That curing window is why lead times sit at two to three weeks rather than two days — a candle shipped straight after the pour throws scent poorly and tunnels when lit.
Once cartons are packed we photograph them, share the photos, raise the balance invoice and dispatch. Tracking goes to you the same day, whether the order is one pallet to a warehouse or two hundred parcels to two hundred employees.
Volume tiers and what changes at each step
Pricing steps down at 25, 100, 250, 500, 1,000 and 5,000+ units. From 100 units, custom label branding is included in the per-unit price; below that there is a one-time label setup fee. From 500 units to a single address, pan-India shipping is on us.
Fragrance choice widens as volume rises. Small runs are picked from our current fragrance library. From 500 units we can develop a blend specific to your brand, and from 1,000 units we can commission a vessel that is yours alone.
Payment terms are 50 percent advance to start production and the balance before dispatch, against a GST invoice. A proforma invoice for internal approval is available on request, which most procurement teams need before releasing the advance.

For a late-October Diwali, mid-September is the latest comfortable confirmation for a run up to 500 units. Larger runs or fully bespoke packaging need August. Enquiries that arrive in October are usually served from existing stock rather than a custom pour.
Outside the festive window we run a continuous schedule, so repeat orders and onboarding-kit top-ups typically turn around in about two weeks.
