Corporate Gifting Candles, Made in India

Corporate gifts have a low ceiling for impact. Most land in a drawer or on a shelf and are forgotten by the end of the week. A candle is different. It gets opened, lit and used over the course of a month or two, which means your brand sits in the recipient's living room for weeks instead of seconds.

Candles also work across the entire corporate gifting spectrum. They suit client appreciation gifts after a project closes, employee onboarding gifts in the first-week welcome box, year-end thank-you parcels, partner and vendor relationship gifts, Diwali festive boxes, and the rapidly growing market of WFH-employee remote gifting where you need something attractive that ships well.

And unlike many gift categories, candles are not gendered. The same candle works for a male CFO and a female designer. The same candle works for a 25-year-old engineer and a 55-year-old client director. That is rare in the gifting world and it makes scaling a single design across a whole list much easier.

The first step is a conversation. You tell us how many candles you need, when you need them, who they are going to (clients, employees, partners, all of the above), and what kind of impression you want the gift to make. We come back with a recommendation on candle size, fragrance options, packaging style and a quote.

Once you approve the direction, you send us your logo files in vector format. We design a custom label that sits on the front of the jar and a printed card that sits inside the gift box. You see a digital proof before anything goes to print. Most clients request one round of revisions.

On larger orders we can also customise the outer packaging — kraft boxes in your brand colour, custom-printed ribbon, a custom tissue print. For top-tier client gifting we work with a small set of premium box manufacturers and can deliver magnetic-close boxes with embossed branding.

Production starts once you sign off on the digital proof and pay 50 percent advance. The balance is due before dispatch. We share photos of finished cartons before they ship.

Our corporate minimum is 25 units. Pricing tiers step down at 100, 250, 500 and 1000 units — the savings get meaningful as the order scales. Custom branding is included in the per-unit price for runs of 100 and above; for smaller runs we charge a small one-time setup fee for the custom label.

Multi-address shipping costs per parcel and we charge it at cost. For runs above 500 units we offer free pan-India shipping to a single address.

All orders are invoiced with our GSTIN. We accept NEFT, RTGS, UPI and corporate credit cards. We can issue a proforma invoice for your internal approval process before payment.

A standard corporate order of up to 200 candles takes two to three weeks from approval of the digital proof. This includes the candle pour, the seven-day curing period, finishing and packaging.

Larger orders of 500 to 1000 candles take three to four weeks. Full bespoke packaging adds another week.

For festive season — Diwali is by far our busiest period — we book corporate capacity through August and September. If you want to gift candles for a late-October Diwali, the latest comfortable confirmation is mid-September. We will try to help with shorter lead times but cannot always promise.

For year-round corporate gifting (employee onboarding kits, client appreciation gifts), we run a continuous production schedule and can usually turn around small repeat orders in two weeks.

Diwali client gifting — by far the largest category. Companies that have moved on from sweets boxes use candles to mark the festival in a way that feels modern without being culturally tone-deaf. Most clients pair a single candle with a printed card and a small box of premium dry fruits or chocolates.

Employee onboarding kits — increasingly common in design, technology and consulting firms. A small branded candle in the first-day welcome box sends a quiet signal about company culture.

Remote employee gifting — companies with distributed teams ship to twenty cities at once. We handle the logistics so HR teams do not have to.

Client appreciation gifts after major project closes, IPO and funding milestones, partnership signings. A premium candle with a hand-written note from the founder is a small gesture that gets remembered.

Wedding and milestone gifting from corporate leadership — birthdays of important clients, weddings of senior team members, retirements. The personal touch of a hand-poured candle suits these one-off, high-care occasions.
