Returns & cancellation

Each Flickermelt candle is hand-poured to order. Please read the product description carefully and place your order only when you're sure.

Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned. We begin sourcing wax, oils and packaging for your candle as soon as the order is confirmed.

Damaged in transit

Some of our candles are delicate and fragile. We take our best care of the packaging, but in the rare case that a product is damaged during transit, we can replace it — provided you share a clear unboxing video as proof, captured before the outer packaging is opened.

How to raise a claim

  • Email connect@flickermelt.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Attach the unboxing video and a clear photo of the damaged item.
  • Include your order number and contact details.

Once verified, we'll ship a replacement at no additional cost. Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery or without an unboxing video cannot be processed.
