7-Day Return Policy
We accept return requests within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility
Products that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return unless they are defective or were delivered incorrectly.
Damaged or incorrect products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Exchanges
Eligible products can be exchanged within 7 days, subject to stock availability.
Return shipping
For returns due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is due to our error or a defective product, Flickermelt will bear the return shipping cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Restocking fee
We do not charge any restocking fee.
How to raise a request
Email us at connect@flickermelt.com with your order number, photos of the product/packaging and a brief description of the issue. We will get back to you within 2 business days.
