- What is the minimum order quantity for Flickermelt business orders?
- The minimum order for corporate, wholesale and white-label enquiries is 25 units. Pricing steps down at 100, 250, 500, 1,000 and 5,000+ units, and there is no upper limit.
- Can Flickermelt candles carry our own branding?
- Yes. Custom labels, vessel choices and packaging are available, and white-label runs can be produced entirely under your brand. Branding is included in the per-unit price for runs of 100 units and above; smaller runs carry a one-time label setup fee.
- How long does a bulk candle order take?
- A typical bulk order takes two to three weeks from confirmed brief to dispatch, depending on candle availability. Festive capacity — especially Diwali — is usually booked through August and September, so mid-September is the latest comfortable confirmation for a late-October delivery.
- Do you provide a GST invoice for corporate candle orders?
- Yes. Every business order is invoiced with our GSTIN so you can claim input credit. We accept NEFT, RTGS and UPI, and can issue a proforma invoice for internal approvals before payment.
- Do you ship business orders across India?
- Yes. We dispatch pan-India from our Indore studio in Madhya Pradesh, including Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad and Jaipur. Multi-address shipping is supported and charged at cost.
