What about return, exchange & cancellation of the product?

You can take your time to select the product. Read the description carefully and place your order only when you're sure. Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned. Some products are delicate and fragile and we take our best care of the packaging — if any damage happens during transit we can replace it only when you can provide an unboxing video as proof.

What is the processing time on orders?

Once an order is placed there is a 24–48 hour processing window. Shipping happens Monday to Saturday only. Typical delivery is 5–7 business days for domestic orders. Actual delivery depends on the postal service. Once the package is handed over to the courier we are not responsible for delays, re-routes or failed deliveries. For status concerns, write to us via email or Instagram.

Do you use any wax blends?

Only natural wax blends and oils — soy wax, beeswax, coconut wax and similar.

Are the flowers you use in your candles real or fake?

The flowers we use in our candles are real and naturally sun-dried.

Can we burn the candles in a closed room?

We would say definitely not. Candles should always be burnt in well-ventilated areas or rooms.
